Terms and Conditions for The Rebirth Experience (UK)

1. Introduction

The Rebirth Experience is a fully customised physical and mental program designed to help participants achieve their personal growth goals. By engaging in this program, participants agree to the following terms and conditions. The program is tailored to individual needs, combining mental and physical challenges to push participants beyond their perceived limits and facilitate personal transformation.

2. Participation and Eligibility

  • Participants must be at least 18 years old to enroll in The Rebirth Experience.

  • A comprehensive health and fitness assessment may be required before participation to ensure the safety and suitability of the program.

  • Participants must fully disclose any pre-existing medical conditions, physical injuries, or mental health concerns before the program begins. Failure to do so may result in exclusion from certain activities or, in extreme cases, termination of participation without a refund.

  • The facilitators reserve the right to refuse participation if they determine that an individual may be at risk due to medical, psychological, or behavioural reasons.

3. Personal Responsibility

  • The Rebirth Experience is intentionally designed to be physically, mentally, and emotionally challenging. Participants acknowledge that these challenges are a key part of the transformation process and accept full responsibility for their own participation.

  • While guidance and support will be provided, participants acknowledge that they are voluntarily engaging in all activities and assume full responsibility for their safety, decisions, and personal well-being.

  • Participants must listen to their bodies and communicate any concerns to facilitators immediately. Ignoring personal limits and failing to disclose injuries or struggles may result in removal from certain activities for safety reasons.

  • Participation is entirely voluntary, and individuals may choose to withdraw at any time. However, refunds will not be issued once the program has commenced.

4. No Guaranteed Outcomes

  • The Rebirth Experience does not guarantee any specific results or outcomes. The program provides the structure, support, and environment for transformation, but success depends on individual effort, mindset, and willingness to engage fully in the process.

  • The effectiveness of the program varies based on factors such as personal dedication, mental resilience, and physical capabilities. Results differ for each participant, and facilitators are not responsible for any perceived lack of progress.

  • Participants acknowledge that while The Rebirth Experience is designed to challenge them and push their boundaries, sustained transformation requires continued effort beyond the program itself.

5. Program Modifications

  • The program is personalized based on participant needs; however, modifications may be made for safety considerations, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • Facilitators reserve the right to adjust or discontinue certain activities if they deem them unsafe or inappropriate based on a participant’s condition, behavior, or level of engagement.

  • In rare cases, if a participant is unable to complete the program due to medical reasons, an alternative arrangement may be considered at the discretion of the facilitators.

6. Liability and Waiver

  • Participants acknowledge that The Rebirth Experience involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

    • Intense physical exertion

    • Emotional and psychological challenges

    • Exposure to unpredictable environments

    • Discomfort due to the nature of personal growth challenges

  • By enrolling, participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with their participation and agree to release The Rebirth Experience facilitators, staff, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, injuries, or damages incurred during the program.

  • Participants agree that they are responsible for obtaining appropriate medical clearance before beginning the program and that the facilitators are not liable for any medical issues that arise as a result of participation.

  • The facilitators are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings during the program.

7. Payment and Refunds

  • A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation of enrolment.

  • The remaining 50% balance must be paid no later than 14 days before the start date of the program.

  • The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • No refunds will be issued once the program has started, regardless of personal circumstances, perceived progress, or participant withdrawal.

  • In exceptional cases, such as unforeseen medical conditions preventing participation, postponements or credits toward future programs may be considered at the sole discretion of the facilitators.

  • Any additional costs, such as travel expenses, accommodation (if applicable), or specialised equipment, are the responsibility of the participant unless otherwise stated.

8. Confidentiality

  • All personal information shared with facilitators before and during the program will be kept confidential unless disclosure is required by law or to protect the safety of the participant or others.

  • Participants agree not to record, reproduce, or distribute any proprietary materials, training methods, exercises, or program content without explicit written permission from The Rebirth Experience facilitators.

  • Testimonials and feedback may be used for marketing and promotional purposes. If a participant wishes to remain anonymous, they must notify the facilitators in writing.

9. Code of Conduct

  • Participants are expected to conduct themselves with respect, integrity, and discipline throughout the program.

  • Disruptive, aggressive, or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the program without a refund.

  • Participants must follow instructions from facilitators at all times for their safety and the safety of others.

  • Any illegal activities or violations of program rules will result in immediate termination from the program without a refund, and legal action may be pursued if necessary.
