These Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern participation in the Honey Badger Supplements Affiliate Program (the "Program"). By applying to or participating in the Program, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

These Terms are drafted to comply with UK law, EU consumer protection law, GDPR, the UK Advertising Standards Authority (ASA), and the CAP Code.

1. Definitions

  • "Company" / "We" / "Us" refers to Honey Badger Supplements.

  • "Affiliate" / "You" refers to an approved participant in the Program.

  • "Customer" means an end user who purchases products using an Affiliate link or discount code.

  • "Confirmed Sale" means a completed purchase that is not refunded, cancelled, or charged back.

  • "Commission" means the percentage of revenue earned by an Affiliate per confirmed sale.

2. Eligibility & Application

2.1 Participation is open to individuals aged 18 years or older.

2.2 All affiliate applications are subject to review and approval at our sole discretion to ensure brand alignment.

2.3 We reserve the right to reject or remove any Affiliate without obligation to provide a reason.

3. Affiliate Obligations & Conduct

Affiliates must:

  • Promote Honey Badger Supplements honestly and ethically

  • Provide genuine opinions and not make misleading, exaggerated, or unsubstantiated claims

  • Comply with all applicable UK/EU laws, advertising standards, and consumer protection regulations

  • Avoid any conduct that could damage the reputation of the Company

Affiliates must not:

  • Make medical claims or guarantee results

  • Promote to minors

  • Use spam, misleading advertising, or deceptive practices

  • Bid on Honey Badger Supplements trademarks in paid advertising unless expressly authorised

4. Advertising Disclosure (Mandatory)

4.1 Affiliates must clearly and prominently disclose their affiliate relationship in all promotional content, in line with ASA, CAP Code, and EU consumer law.

4.2 Disclosures must be:

  • Clear and upfront

  • Placed before or alongside affiliate links or discount codes

  • Written in plain language (e.g. "Ad", "Affiliate", "Commission Earned")

4.3 Failure to disclose properly constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

5. Commission Structure & Performance Tiers

Base Commission (All Affiliates)

  • Product price: £19.99

  • Commission rate: 20%

  • Earnings per sale: approximately £4.00

This base commission applies until a performance milestone is reached.

Tier 1 — 500 Confirmed Sales

Trigger: 500 confirmed sales

Rewards:

  • £500 cash bonus

  • Commission increases to 22% going forward

  • Effective earnings per sale: ~£4.40

Estimated Total Earnings at 500 Sales:

  • Base commission: £2,000

  • Bonus: £500

  • Total: £2,500

Tier 2 — 1,000 Confirmed Sales

Trigger: 1,000 confirmed sales

Rewards:

  • £1,000 cash bonus

  • Commission increases to 25% going forward

  • Effective earnings per sale: ~£5.00

Estimated Total Earnings at 1,000 Sales:

  • Commission (approx): £4,600

  • Bonuses combined: £1,500

  • Total: ~£6,100

Tier 3 — 1,500 Confirmed Sales

Trigger: 1,500 confirmed sales

Rewards:

  • £1,500 cash bonus

  • Commission increases to 27.5%

  • Early access to new product launches

  • Effective earnings per sale: ~£5.50

Tier 4 — 2,000 Confirmed Sales

Trigger: 2,000 confirmed sales

Rewards:

  • £2,000 cash bonus

  • Commission increases to 30%

  • Custom high-converting discount code

  • Effective earnings per sale: ~£6.00

Tier 5 — 3,000 Confirmed Sales (Elite Status)

Trigger: 3,000 confirmed sales

Rewards:

  • £3,000 cash bonus

  • 35% commission rate

  • Priority affiliate support

  • Featured affiliate status

  • Input on future product development

  • Effective earnings per sale: ~£7.00

6. Bonuses, Milestones & Commission Adjustments (Sole Discretion)

6.1 Bonuses are payable only once per milestone, are non-transferable, and are subject to validation.

6.2 All milestone qualification, confirmed sales counts, and bonus eligibility are determined at the sole discretion of Honey Badger Supplements.

6.3 The Company reserves the right to:

  • Audit affiliate activity and sales at any time

  • Exclude sales deemed invalid, fraudulent, incentivised, refunded, cancelled, or non-compliant

  • Delay or deny milestone recognition pending investigation

6.4 Commission increases apply prospectively only and do not retroactively adjust previous sales.

6.5 Milestones and bonuses may be amended, paused, or withdrawn in accordance with Section 13.

7. Payments, Tax & VAT

7.1 Commission payments are issued monthly, subject to a minimum payout threshold set by the Company.

7.2 Payments are made via the Company’s chosen payment method.

7.3 Affiliates are solely responsible for:

  • Declaring and paying any applicable income tax, corporation tax, or self-employment tax

  • Accounting for VAT, where applicable, in their jurisdiction

7.4 Unless expressly stated otherwise, commissions and bonuses are exclusive of VAT. Where VAT is chargeable, valid VAT documentation must be provided.

7.5 The Company does not provide tax advice. Affiliates should seek independent professional advice where required.

8. Refunds, Returns & Chargebacks

8.1 Any refunded, cancelled, or charged-back orders will be deducted from commission totals.

8.2 Milestone progression may be adjusted if sales are reversed.

9. Compliance Strike Policy

To protect brand integrity and legal compliance, the following applies:

  • First Breach: Written warning and corrective guidance

  • Second Breach: Temporary suspension of commissions

  • Third Breach: Termination from the Program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions

Serious breaches (fraud, false claims, non-disclosure) may result in immediate termination.

10. Termination, Suspension & Forfeiture (Maximum Control)

10.1 Honey Badger Supplements reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate an Affiliate’s participation in the Program at any time, with or without notice, and with or without cause.

10.2 Grounds for termination or suspension include, but are not limited to:

  • Breach of these Terms or any related policies

  • Failure to comply with advertising, disclosure, or consumer protection laws

  • Fraudulent, misleading, or unethical promotion

  • Activity that may harm the reputation, goodwill, or commercial interests of the Company

10.3 In cases of serious breach, fraud, abuse, or non-compliance, the Company reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or forfeit any unpaid commissions or bonuses, regardless of milestone status.

10.4 Upon termination, Affiliates must immediately:

  • Cease all promotion of Honey Badger Supplements

  • Remove affiliate links, discount codes, and brand assets

  • Refrain from representing themselves as an affiliate or partner

10.5 Termination does not limit any other legal remedies available to the Company.

11. Data Protection & GDPR

11.1 Personal data is processed in accordance with UK GDPR and EU GDPR.

11.2 Affiliates consent to the processing of personal data for Program administration.

11.3 Data will not be shared with third parties except where legally required.

12. Limitation of Liability & No Guaranteed Earnings

12.1 Participation in the Affiliate Program does not guarantee income, sales volume, commission level, or bonus eligibility.

12.2 All earnings examples, estimates, and projections are illustrative only and do not constitute guarantees.

12.3 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Honey Badger Supplements shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of income, revenue, or anticipated profits

  • Program suspension, modification, or termination

  • Tracking errors, platform outages, or third-party service failures

12.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where prohibited by law.

13. Amendments, Program Control & Force Majeure

13.1 Honey Badger Supplements reserves the unconditional and ongoing right to amend, replace, suspend, restrict, or terminate these Terms, the Affiliate Program, commission structures, bonus schemes, payout schedules, eligibility requirements, or any related policies at any time, with immediate effect.

13.2 The Company may modify or remove performance tiers, bonuses, or incentives at any time, including for commercial, legal, or operational reasons.

13.3 Continued participation in the Program following any change constitutes binding acceptance of the revised Terms.

13.4 The Company shall not be liable for delays, failures, or changes resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to supply issues, regulatory changes, platform outages, or force majeure events.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
